construction, art et artisanat.C’est un terrain d’expérimentation, un aller-retour entre savoir et faire, entre imaginaire et concret.La matière est considérée à la fois comme ressource mais aussi comme source. Extraite in situ, réemployée, détournée, assemblée, elle pose les fondements de chaque intervention. dallas est une asbl située dans un bâtiment associatif temporaire de la commune de Molenbeek. 979 asbl&nbsp;Conception et construction de trois installations : banc, jeu pour enfant et boîte à dons. Dans le cadre de Bruxelles en vacances, 979 asbl organise la fermeture du croisement des rues Garibaldi, Alfred Cluysenaar et avenue des Villas aux voitures créant un espace de respiration, appropriable pour les riverains et passants. Le banc s’installe sur un pied d’arbre existant qu’il prolonge pour aller chercher la perspective de la rue et son coucher de soleil. Le jeu sous forme de poutre passe d’un arbre à l’autre en traversant un trottoir infesté de crocodiles. La boîte à don se faufile dans les interstices de l’espace public, elle se pare d’une peau transparente et laisse entrevoir les objets déposés. Malgré un calendrier initialement prévu pour les vacances d’été 2020, le dessin et les matériaux durables choisis ont convaincu la commune d’inscrire les installations dans un temps plus long. avec Latitude Platform. L’occasion de réaliser deux interventions dans deux parc-jardins distincts de la ville de Rotterdam avec ce même fil conducteur : la récupération de l’eau de pluie. Hefpark est un jardin et parc collectif constitué de parcelles potagères, de pumptrack pour vélos et d’espaces pour des d'événements associatifs. Géré par les habitants, cet espace convivial se démarque par son apparente spontanéité et gérance libre qui en fait un lieu de sociabilité et de rencontre pour les voisins du quartier. Latitude et dallas s’activent pour réaliser à partir des sujets de déminéralisation et de récupération de l’eau une piste de pétanque, un mobilier libre, une zone de plantation et un espace couvert extérieur. Spoortuin est un autre de ce réseau de jardins collectifs que comporte Rotterdam. Dans ce jardin hors sol géométrique dessiné et délimité à l'aide de klinkers béton, l’intervention se limite à une citerne de récupération au milieu des parcelles. Aménagement de l’atelier dans le bâtiment associatif en occupation temporaire rue Jean-Baptiste Decock à Molenbeek. Cloisonnement et création d’un espace de bureau isolé en mezzanine logé entre les deux fermes de la charpente métallique du bâtiment. Construit dans cette occupation temporaire, le bureau est dessiné pour être facilement démontable et remontable dans un futur espace. Les paroies sont dimensionnées pour être portées à 2 et transportables dans un 20m3. L’unité de mesure pour le dessin est la dimension de cette chute de panneaux de multiplex eucalyptus disponible en grande quantité. 120x48cm Dessiner à partir de ce panneau que l’on s’efforce de conserver au maximum dans sa dimension initiale rend la construction efficace. Cette unité détermine la dimension des ouvertures que les vitres surdimensionnées viendront clore. Cloué plutôt que vissé, le panneau porte moins de stigmates pour son utilisation future. Dans le même esprit, l’isolant s’insère sans recoupe dans sa largeur. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La dalle de béton située au 43b rue de Liverpool est officiellement classée comme parc et espace vert dans les plans d’urbanisme de la Région bruxelloise. Elle est appelée à s’inscrire dans une coulée verte traversant le quartier. En collaboration avec Gilbard·es et Anna Luz Pueyo, dallas cherche à prendre de l’avance sur une transformation lointaine et propose une intervention impatiente, au travers d’un jardin minimal et spontané, dans la continuité et sous l’influence des travaux déjà réalisés avec Latitude Platform autour de la gestion intégrée de l’eau de pluie. Située dans une zone au passé industriel marqué, la dalle est confrontée aux réalités de la pollution des sols bruxellois. Le projet cherche une réponse sobre et mesurée : expérimenter avec l’existant, transformer sans excès. Percer, couper, scier, assembler, canaliser. L’esquisse est pensée en amont, mais tout se décide sur place. Les découpes deviennent des zones d’infiltration de l’eau pluviale et accueillent de nouveaux écosystèmes. Les déchets sont considérés et réemployés comme matériaux nobles pour la création d’un mobilier public. En tirant profit du dénivelé du sol, les saignées dans la dalle canalisent les eaux ruisselantes et irriguent les nouvelles plantations. Un potager prend le contrepied en s’installant sur une poche de pollution jugée intouchable, protégée par la dalle béton hermétique. Liziard&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Dans la continuité des recherches menées par Latitude Platform sur la gestion intégrée des eaux de pluie à Bruxelles, cet îlot, situé au cœur de logements sociaux de la ville, devient l’occasion d’expérimenter à une nouvelle échelle une action combinée : déconnecter les gouttières des toitures et infiltrer l’eau de pluie dans le sol grâce à des noues. Cette volonté d’infiltrer et de déminéraliser les sols s’accompagne d’un objectif de transformation de l’espace public, afin de l’adapter à des usages plus diversifiés. Ainsi, le terrain de basket, surdimensionné et peu utilisé, est redécoupé en deux pour permettre la création d’une zone de jeu mixte et libre, éloignée des jeux de balle et adaptée aux plus jeunes. Une piste circulaire est tracée, tandis que des modules géométriques ludiques apparaissent grâce à la réutilisation de la matière excavée. Enfin, de petites cages de football complètent le terrain de basket. Ce projet, mené en concertation avec les habitants, s’inscrit dans une logique de transformation douce des espaces et des sols : introduire le minimum de matériaux extérieurs et réemployer au maximum ceux générés par les interventions. Ainsi, la terre issue du creusement des noues devient des buttes de plantations aromatiques, l’asphalte retiré pour redonner place au sol végétal et infiltrant est transformé en blocs de matière utilisés pour enrichir les nouveaux espaces créés.
